Project Details
We customized the downstairs bedroom for the parent and added a beautiful mater suite on the second floor. This included a fireplace, large tub, walk in closet and walk in shower. The two story family room ties the whole house together and is very dramatic, especially the beautiful fireplace. We added a large covered porch that took advantage of the nice treed backyard. One of the clients teaches piano lessons from home so we made a piano room. The access to this was from the front door. We also setup a direct access to a bathroom. This made it possible to isolate the students from the rest of the house, giving the family a large degree of privacy. Overall this home meets a number of unique requirements of the client.
